Prior to founding Assured Performance 360 L.L.C. Bob had worked in both the public and private sector. In the private sector Bob worked in the construction industry starting as a laborer and quickly started his own small business of Bob Shannon Homes located in Northeast Ohio. Project management and team building is a must in the construction industry and this experience has served him well as we moved into other businesses. Delivering products and services on time in today’s market is paramount to the success of any organization.

Bob also has a passion to serve his community and has spent the last 30 years working in the fire service. Starting out as a volunteer fireman in a small town department located in Northeast Ohio to the Class 1 City of Las Vegas Fire / Rescue Las Vegas, Nevada.
